A magical artefact that Leodel was originally searching for within Phandalin. It was believed to be stolen from Dagult Neverember by a rebellion group.

Kellam Oladi was aware of the item’s existence and advised Leodel to speak to Elmar Barthen for more answers.

Leodel inquired about the item at Barthen’s Provisions and Elmar seemed to know something about the item.

Originally, Leodel believed he was looking for a magically enchanted belt that let the wearer breath underwater. This was disproved as he investigated the item and Kellam stated that Dagult was probably obscuring the truth about the item.
