A group of cultists from Amylthas who were caught practicing Necromancy within the city in an attempt to stage a coup. Their banishment in 691 Ag was rife with controversy. They have been relatively dormant until reappearing around 786 Ag.

They seem to worship a mysterious entity known as The Wight.
