Session 009

Alberic didn’t mention anything to the other party members about the time dilation he noticed on the way into town.
Fill Werrell ran off supernaturally fast - for unknown reasons.
Salvador, Uganda Pickles, and Mike Hawk pursued.
Mike Hawk fell over and tripped on a passer-by as the town was unusually busy.
Salvador fell over and hurt his head, the first feeling of another’s presence in his mind.
Party tried contacting Fill Werrell over Sending stone but a sinister voice started responding, but Fill Werrell seemingly snapped out it mid-response and sounded confused.
Salvador fell unconscious and the party took him back to the inn. While unconscious - Salvador spoke with a presence he vaguely remembered. He could feel the presence getting stronger.
Leodel left to take a massive shit and Alberic and Mike Hawk went to wait at the shrine of luck.
The sisters of the Wight were chanting at the shrine before vanishing into the shadows, casting a spell on Mike Hawk and Alberic.
Alberic saw a vision of his rival from the monastery, channelling awesome Ki powers that he’s ever seen a monk do before.
Mike Hawk saw a dungeon with magical chains and his magical short sword started pulsing with magic
Mike Hawk investigated the sword and after focusing on it for a while, heard his father’s voice saying what he said before he died. The sword began to change shape and extend into a full sword.
Further focus resulted in Mike Hawk seeing a vision of his father, chained in the same dungeon he saw earlier. Mike Hawk also saw his father’s greatsword stabbed through the back of his thigh and into the ground to lock Dixon in place
The sword transformed once more with a flash of light and became Inheritance, a magical greatsword that was once wielded by Dixon and his father before him.
Alberic investigated the ground around where the Sisters had been and noticed the life had been sucked out of where they’d stood.
Leodel finished his shit as he received a message via the Never Ending Letter from Lemoira, warning him and the party never to leak any information about her or they’d all be dead.
Leodel woke Salvador up early and Salvador responded by grappling Leodel around the throat before coming to his senses and letting go. They shrugged it off before heading to the Shrine of Luck together.
They both saw the flash of light, assuming it was lighting before seeing Mike Hawk with the new greatsword.
Alberic, Salvador, and Leodel all inspected the new sword only to realise that none of them, even combined, could lift this blade. Mike Hawk on the other hand could fling it high into the air with ease, almost sheathing it in style.
The party entered the Underground fun house. It was very busy.
Leodel spoke to Rizz at the bar, resulting in him entering a bit of a nervous panic before Leodel gave him a gold coin and walked away, heading towards the patron rooms in the back area. He spent 5 silver here.
Salvador overheard a rumour that sounded to be about Uganda Pickles before they headed to see the Townmaster’s Hand. He and Mike Hawk began to search for information while Alberic returned their quest.
Alberic noticed one of the Sisters of the Wight leaving the office of the Town master’s hand. He inquired about the identity of the person but the Townmaster’s Hand gave a shaded response.
Alberic’s insight told him Townmaster’s Hand was concealing something. Alberic accepted payment before being shoved out of the room.
Alberic re-joined the other members and they decided to split up to find information about where Uganda Pickles is.
Mike Hawk headed towards the southern wall, and met a dwarf man named Norkus; notable for his giant grey Dr Eggman moustache, after seemingly accidentally knocking two drinks out of his hand.
Mike Hawk offered to pay for replacement drinks in return for information. Norkus tried to lie at first but eventually said that a half-elf was last seen about 20 miles out of town over 6 hours ago. Mike Hawk knew that sounded wrong as it hadn’t even been 4-5 hours since they’d gotten back to town.
Mike Hawk left the man following an arm wrestle where he won easily.
Salvador headed towards the central tables and was bumped in the shoulder by a blonde-haired man wearing a white tunic and tan leather hood with golden feathers on one side.
Salvador tried to make conversation but this man wasn’t grabbed by Salvador, blinking forwards to the door of the TH office.
Salvador found a table of gamblers where a man had the blue tunic and the same golden feather insignia on the shoulder. There were three dwarven women and an old elven man wearing formal red clothes as well.
Joining the table, Salvador found himself playing blackjack and beating the house for a winning of two gold.
The elven man asked Salvador what he wanted from the table and eventually accepted a bribe from Salvador telling him they’d first encountered a green blur and hours later they’d found Uganda Pickles following in the same direction towards the Neverwinter Wood.
The man with the blue tunic also piped up and confirmed the information; stating he knew Uganda as he worked for the family as a bodyguard. The man in the white tunic was revealed to be a captain of his troupe. This confused Salvador as it hadn’t been more than 5 hours since he’d left and he’d somehow been seen over half a day ago by other people.
Salvador left and caught up with Mike Hawk while they tried to work out the wobbly timeline of Uganda Pickles’s disappearance. Mike Hawk kinda grasped it but Salvador was fried by the end of it.
Alberic walked up to the bar and began talking to a human man with salt-and-pepper hair - buying him a drink but gaining no real information. However, the elven bartender serving them did confirm he’d heard rumors that a loud half-elven man was heading North towards the Neverwinter Woods.
The party reconvened and decided to locate Leodel first before heading to find Uganda Pickles. They decided to talk to Rizz - the last person they saw him talking to.
Alberic tried to talk to Rizz and managed to get information out of him without sending him into a nervous shock before trying to shake hands with him - Rizz ended up running off scared and in a germaphobe panic. He made a mess of the kitchen in his panic before falling over with a pot on his head.
Salvador hopped over the bar to help him but as he extended out his arm - he had a flashback to his days as a rebel fighter in the lower planes of Hell. Salvador recalled helping his best friend up and then recalled that friend dying days later as the final siege on the rebels’ base began. Salvador also remembered being stabbed in the heart and left to die as the rest of his memories flooded back to him. He could feel the other presence getting overwhelmingly strong.
Salvador couldn’t hold back the other presence; the demon he now remembered as Drengen, and in the back of the Underground Fun House - he evoked a spiritual apparition of a devil behind him as a fiery aura blanketed him.
Rizz was thrown into a complete panic and started screaming before the elven bartender cast
Everyone in the bar turned their focus to Salvador and began throwing shit at the party - with Mike Hawk unable to dodge a glass to the head.
Alberic attempted to grab Salvador after realizing what happened but failed - the door they had entered through was barred by the wave of people in here so he dashed towards the door on the northern wall that headed towards the escort hall and Adabra Gwynn’s bedroom.
Mike Hawk and Salvador followed Alberic towards the door as the man in the blue tunic attempted to grab Salvador but failed. The old elven man from the gambling table managed to grab the attention of everyone in the bar and calmed their emotions.
The party ended up in the hallway running into Leodel and while filling him in were invited by Adabra Gywnn into her bedroom.
